Villa Ying is one of the two private villas of Ipek, the owner of Hotel Villa Mahal, which is renowned worldwide as one of Turkey’s leading boutique hotels. The villa was included by one of the most renowed US magazine as one of Europe’s 100 Sexiest Summer Villas. Here, Ipek shows the same flair for design, offering contemporary interiors that take full advantage of the amazing sea views – and include entire walls of glass.

Villa Ying sits on the hillside adjacent to Hotel Villa Mahal. The villa provides stunning sea views, and the interiors include walls of glass to ensure that you can never escape those incredible views.

We would stress that Villa Ying is a private villa, which for reasons of ambience, is not incorporated within the Hotel Villa Mahal concept. However, the villa is located directly above the Mahal Beach Club whose general facilities are available for Villa quests, including their wonderful waterside restaurant.

Villa Ying is divided as follows:

On the ground floor is located a spacious master bedroom of about 40 sqm with floor-to-ceiling glass windows which afford magnificent sea views from the kingsize bed. The contemporary bathroom includes shower/WC. French windows open onto the private balcony which in turn opens onto the gardens and second (larger) swimming pool - 3.0 x 8.50m. Depth: 1.15 – 1.85m.

On the first floor is a twin bedroom of about 20 sqm with en suite shower/WC and a door opening onto the pool terraces. Here is also an extremely large open-plan room with double-height ceiling divided into separate areas: a comfortable sitting room with TV/DVD and CD player, dining area with seating for six people, and a large fully-fitted kitchen. The sitting room of about 55 sqm is an extremely large open-plan room with high ceiling. The feature is undoubtedly the wall of glass that provides spectacular panoramic views across the bay. Sliding doors open from the sitting room onto a large terrace which is ideal for dining alfresco and which enjoys spectacular views.

The spacious master bedroom of about 35 sqm is located on the second floor and has floor-to-ceiling glass windows which afford magnificent sea views from the king-size bed. The contemporary bathroom includes shower/WC.

French windows open onto the private balcony which in turn opens onto the huge roof terrace, complete with luxurious day bed. The sea views from within and without are truly stunning.

A few steps lead down from the first floor sitting room to the top infinity pool - 4.80 x 5.20m -and pool terrace with sun beds and shade. A waterfall and further steps lead down to the second (& larger) pool at ground floor level.

To one end of this pool is a small garden which is located at ground floor level where the shaded hammock provides another corner in which to hide away with a book and admire the view.

Villa Ying offers an elegant and luxurious stay and a wide range of exclusive services. It  provides a wonderfully romantic retreat, but is also ideal for a family holiday or a party of friends. The considerable size of the three-bedroom villas – complete with two swimming pools on differing levels – provides the ideal environment for socialising, whilst at the same time offering space for privacy when required.
