Villa Vallano is an independent villa. The property is surrounded by over than 18 acres of woods and olive groves. It is located on the last western slopes of Mount Albano.
All rooms have been renovated with a great care for details - antique furniture and ornaments, antique doors, prints, paintings and Persian carpets.
Technical description of the Villa:
On the ground floor there is a large living room, three antique fireplacees, well equipped kitchen with electric oven, fridge,dishwasher.
Furthermore there is a doublebedroom with an additional sofabed, a bathroom with bathtub and showertub as well as a toilet.
On the second floor there you can find three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilette. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning system as well as complete Wi-Fi.
Outside there is a swimming pool 8x16 meters. In front of the house there is a beautiful garden which offers a beautiful panoramic view.
The Villa is located very central in Tuscany, it is a great place to visit Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena and other important charming cities and villages in Tuscany and also a great place to relax and enjoy the Tuscan atmosphere.
