Villa Vallano is an independent villa. The property is surrounded by over than 18 acres of woods and olive groves. It is located on the last western slopes of Mount Albano.


All rooms have been renovated with a great care for details - antique furniture and ornaments, antique doors, prints, paintings and Persian carpets.


Technical description of the Villa:


On the ground floor there is a large living room, three antique fireplacees, well equipped kitchen with electric oven, fridge,dishwasher.


Furthermore there is a doublebedroom with an additional sofabed, a bathroom with bathtub and showertub as well as a toilet.


On the second floor there you can find three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilette. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning system as well as complete Wi-Fi.


Outside there is a swimming pool 8x16 meters. In front of the house there is a beautiful garden which offers a beautiful panoramic view.


The Villa is located very central in Tuscany, it is a great place to visit Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena and other important charming cities and villages in Tuscany and also a great place to relax and enjoy the Tuscan atmosphere.

a welcome basket including:

  • light dinner on the arrival evening of home-made pasta sauce, pasta, parmesan cheese, bread and salad, Chianti wine and water (6 bottles of 1,5 lt)
  • continental breakfast for the next morning: toast, croissants, marmalade, butter,honey, cereal, fruit juice, coffee, tea, milk and sugar
  • electricity consumption (except AC)

  • caution deposit: € 800 cash on arrival (refundable)
     
    The consumption of AC and heating depends on many things: 1) the outside temperature
    2) how cold or warm you like to have the inside temperature 3) open or closed doors and/or windows 4) turning down when you are not in the villa etc
    Anyway, the cost of AC can be from 25 to 40 € per day and of heating from 35 to 70 € per day.
    The AC and heating system are equipped with counters with an error margin of + – 5%.
