This beautiful Villa is located about 15 km distant from the sea, not so far from Cecina in Tuscany, some of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany like San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca, Pisa are not too far and can be visited on a half day trip or day trip. It offers a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding hills, a swimming pool and all necessary comforts for its 16 guests. The villa is divided into two apartments, which are rented together as one property.
Technical description of the Villa:
Apartment 1 is on the ground floor of the Villa and offer place for up to 8 persons. There is a spacious lounge, a dining area for up to 16 persons, a good equipped kitchen, as well as direct access to the porch that overlooks the pool. Furthermore there you can find 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.
Apartment 2 is on the first floor of the Villa and offer place for up to 8 persons. There you can find 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Furthermore there is a well equipped kitchen, a dinging area and a lounge as well as a beautiful terrace. From the terrace on the fist floor you have direct access to the garden. An approx. 3 km long entrance over an not tarred street leads to the house.
The villa offers a swimming pool (12x6 meters), a barbecue and a large garden. In total the property offers place for 16 persons and is located on the crest of a hill, very peacefully, in panoramic position with an all-round view in the hilly landscape of the area.

- 400 Euro/week consumption of electricity (air conditioning not considered) is included in the price. Consumtion beyond is charged seperately.
- Heating and air conditioning are charged on consumption
- If guests stay in a villa more than one week they can choose if they want cleaning of the villa included change of the bed linen and towels during the stay at the same price as final cleaning or just change of bed linen and towels at 10 Euro per guest.
- Heating of the pool: available upon request, previous early agreements and generally from the end of March to the end of April and from the end of September to the end of October. Mentioned dates could change depending on weather conditions and outside temperature, charged on consumption
- Deposit: 900 Euro (refundable)
