It offers a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding hills, a swimming pool and all necessary comforts for its 16 guests. The villa is divided into two apartments, which are rented together as one property.
Technical description of the Villa:
Apartment 1 is on the ground floor of the Villa and offer place for up to 8 persons. There is a spacious lounge, a dining area for up to 16 persons, a good equipped kitchen, as well as direct access to the porch that overlooks the pool. Furthermore there you can find 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.
Apartment 2 is on the first floor of the Villa and offer place for up to 8 persons. There you can find 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Furthermore there is a well equipped kitchen, a dinging area and a lounge as well as a beautiful terrace. From the terrace on the fist floor you have direct access to the garden. An approx. 3 km long entrance over an not tarred street leads to the house.
The villa offers a swimming pool (12x6 meters), a barbecue and a large garden. In total the property offers place for 16 persons and is located on the crest of a hill, very peacefully, in panoramic position with an all-round view in the hilly landscape of the area.
