Apartment 1 is on the ground floor of the Villa and offer place for up to 8 persons. Furthermore there is a well equipped kitchen, a dinging area and a lounge as well as a beautiful terrace. From the terrace on the fist floor you have direct access to the garden. An approx. 3 km long entrance over an not tarred street leads to the house.
The villa offers a swimming pool (12x6 meters), a barbecue and a large garden. In total the property offers place for 16 persons and is located on the crest of a hill, very peacefully, in panoramic position with an all-round view in the hilly landscape of the area.
