Villa Infinita is a newly restored country villa with 6 bedrooms for 12+2 people. The villa is located in the province of Pisa and belongs to the municipality of Montecatini Val Di Cecina.

The villa is wonderfully situated. The view extends from Querceto Castle to the characteristic village of Sassa, small communities on the border between Val di Cecina and Val di Cornia.

The sea is only about 25 kilometers away, which gives the area a mild climate and a light breeze even on hot summer days. In a few kilometers you can reach Casale Marittimo.

The villa offers the best comfort in country style in spacious rooms in a successful mix of travertine, terracotta and wood. The vacation home offers some amenities such as full wifi coverage, a shower with chromotherapy and a small gym, as well as air conditioning.

A private gravel road of about 700 meters leads to the villa, where there is a generous parking space.

The house is divided as follows.

The villa runs over two floors, both of which have their own entrance, but are also connected by stairs in the house.


 

First floor

Entrance, large living room with sofa area and fireplace, hallway, dining area, open kitchen.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with bathroom, one of which has its own living area.

One of the rooms on the first floor has a bathroom suitable for the disabled.

A convenient interior staircase leads to the second floor.

Second floor

Living room with a double sofa bed and a two-seater sofa, TV, three bedrooms with bathroom, two of them with double bed and one with two beds.

From the second floor living room an outside staircase leads down to the garden.

Outdoor area

There is a large pergola with table and chairs, located near the barbecue with wood-burning oven.

A small path leads down to the swimming pool overlooking the valley. The pool is fenced.

Next to the pool there is a small room with fitness equipment.

A charming small terrace with sofas and seating arranged around a cozy fireplace completes the outdoor area.
 
The pool is 5 by 10 meters and 1.40 meters deep.

  • Final cleaning: 450 Euro
  • Normal consumption of electricity (air conditioning not considered) is included in the price.
  • Heating  and air conditioning are charged on consumption.
  • Final cleaning is compulsory. If guests stay in the villa more than one week after a week they can choose if they want cleaning of the villa included change of the bed linen and towels during the stay at the same price as final cleaning or just new bed linen and towels at 10 Euro per guest.
  • Deposit: 700 Euro (refundable)
