The one at ground floor - about two hundred square meters - has three double bedrooms, three bathrooms - of those one with idro-shower -, laundry, studio, a wide living room with fireplace, dining table for ten people convertible in a magnificent billiard, kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, wine climate cabinet, espresso
coffee machine, American coffee machine, ice maker, etc.
All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Outside, in addition to a wonderful swimming pool which is 12 to 6 meters large, there is a barbecue zone with pizza oven, next to a pergola with a table for ten people for open air breakfasts or dinners. There is also a vegetable garden and on the roof of the winery there is a Jacuzzi to enjoy the amazing landscape.
Special services such as private chef for in-house dining, relaxing messages, touristic guides, bike rentals, etc. can be organized on request.
The atmosphere at the Villa is extraordinary, allowing you to breathe in the authentic Tuscan air with the vineyards all around you, the olive grove, the suggestive swimming pool, and plenty of green space to enjoy.
