The villa is located in Montecatini Val di Cecina, between Volterra
and Lajatico, the birthplace of the Maestro Andrea Bocelli, 300 meters above
sea level.

The house is composed of two apartments. The one at ground floor - about two hundred square meters - has three double bedrooms, three bathrooms - of those one with idro-shower -, laundry, studio, a wide living room with fireplace, dining table for ten people convertible in a magnificent billiard, kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, wine climate cabinet, espresso
coffee machine, American coffee machine, ice maker, etc.


First floor

 

At the first floor there are two beautiful junior suites with double bedrooms - about fifty square meters each. One of them has a little cooking corner, a table for 4 people, fridge,  espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, toaster, orange juicer. Each of them has a fireplace, an ensuite bathroom, and an outdoor terrace with panoramic view.


All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

 

Outdoor


Outside, in addition to a wonderful swimming pool which is 12 to 6 meters large, there is a barbecue zone with pizza oven, next to a pergola with a table for ten people for open air breakfasts or dinners. There is also a vegetable garden and on the roof of the winery there is a Jacuzzi to enjoy the amazing landscape.

Furthermore the property offers a small soccer and volley court, and starting from 2024 a tennis court will be part of the property, as well as a play game area for children.


Special services such as private chef for in-house dining, relaxing messages, touristic guides, bike rentals, etc. can be organized on request.


The atmosphere at the Villa is extraordinary, allowing you to breathe in the authentic Tuscan air with the vineyards all around you, the olive grove, the suggestive swimming pool, and plenty of green space to enjoy.
