The villa is located in the hilly landscape of Tuscany, close to Guardistallo and about 14 Km distant from the coast but also some of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany like San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca, Pisa are not too far and can be visited on a half day trip or day trip. The beauty of the Tuscan countryside, combined with refined interior decor, makes this Villa so homely. An approx. 1 km long entrance over an not tarred street leads to the house.
Villa Gherardesca counts five bedrooms, each with private bathroom. There is a spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace and a full equipped, open kitchen, all with direct access to the porch that overlooks the pool. It is certain that the outdoor porch with its large table, barbecue area and swimming pool is just perfect for evenings spent with friends.
The Villa is divided in the main Villa and a Dependence for 2 persons more:
Ground Floor: Living room with fireplaces and open kitchen, TV Room, 1 Bathroom;
First Floor: 4 double bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom with single bed and en-suite bathroom;
