Villa Loana is located in an idyllic setting in the best area of Pylos, in the beautiful south-western Peloponnese. From the villa you can enjoy a breathtaking view over extensive olive groves to the sea.
The villa can be booked all year round. The Costa Novarino Resort, golf courses and the bay of Novarino are only a few minutes away from the villa.
The villa has a large, well-tended garden with olive trees, flowers and herbs. Thanks to the beautiful location with a view, you can enjoy wonderful sunsets on the Ionian Sea from the villa. Golfers don't miss out either, as the challenging golf courses of the Costa Navarino are very close.
The villa has 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped either with a king-size bed or with 2 single beds and have an ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, personal care set, a walk-in closet and large terraces with access to the pool or sea views.
The kitchen of the holiday home is well equipped. There is also a dining area and living room. The villa has: SAT-TV, internet access and air conditioning in the rooms. The villa also has a jacuzzi to relax and enjoy yourself on site.
On request, as a guest at the villa - for a fee - you can also have a chef at your disposal and of course you can also make use of other services on request, for example a breakfast service.

Payment and cancellation conditions
Deposit of 30% by bank transfer within 8 days of booking.
Remaining payment of 70% by bank transfer within a maximum of 20 days before arrival.
Free cancellation within 7 days of booking.
50% of the total deposit will be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
20% of the total deposit will be refunded if canceled within 40 days of arrival.
No refunds for cancellations made between 39 and 1 days prior to arrival.

Minimum stay: 3-7 days
Transfers to / from Kalamata Airport are not included in the price. The following prices apply to Kalamata Airport:
€ 80 for taxi - maximum 2 adults + 1 child + luggage
€ 120 for luxury bus - maximum 4 adults + luggage
The price is paid in cash directly to the taxi driver.
Transfers to / from Athens airport are not included in the price. The following prices apply to Athens Airport:
€ 350 for taxi - maximum 2 adults + 1 child + luggage
€ 450 for a luxury bus - a maximum of 4 adults + luggage
The price is paid in cash directly to the taxi driver.
Services:
Breakfast: included in the booking price - in the morning between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Dinner: on request - 8 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Cost for the chef: Dinner: from € 1,000 / week and an additional € 150 for each additional day.
This service must be booked 4 weeks before arrival and paid for by bank transfer.
Food purchase costs: we will provide you with all receipts for your personal purchases. A deposit of 100 euros / person is due for this service, which is to be paid to the host on arrival.

We enjoyed most of all this perfectly decorated villa, where we got the best service (in house chef & host) we ever had in Greece. We stayed there in July 2017. We loved the natural surroundings, the golf courses and the nearby wonderful beaches. Extra’s we appreciated, Airport transfers, Free excellent WIFI, lots of international TV channels. Congratulations to the owners.

We had a wonderful stay in The Olive Retreat - where we enjoyed the beautiful view, the quietness, golfing at the 2 nearby golf courses and had terrific dining experiences. The villa lived up to all expectations and we had a very good understanding with the owners. We hold very fond memories of discovering this gorgeous and calm part of Greece - and will surely be back soon ! We stayed there end of July in 2017

Cherchez-vous à passer des vacances “top" dans une superbe villa entourée d'une multitude d'oliviers ?Le personnel est assuré et très qualifié ( mais non obligatoire )Le comfort est extraordinaire. Pour les golfeurs 2 terrains sont a proximité de la villa.Tres bons resto dans les environs.Nous y avons passé un sejour de rêve........a recommander!!!!!!! Nous y avons séjourné en août 2017.
