Technical description of the villa:
The villa is suitable for up to 12 persons and has 2 floors:
On the ground floor there is a lounge/dining room, a sitting room, two bedrooms: one double bedroom with double bed and one twin bedroom, all with en suite bathrooms with shower and toilette.
Furthermore there is also another toilet. The kitchen is fully furnished and contains many kitchen accessories and appliances like: gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and dishwasher.
On the first floor there are four double bedrooms with double bed, all with own bathroom with shower and toilette.
The outside area of the Villa is well furnished: There is a large terrace for outdoor dining and a 5 x 10 meters large pool. The terrace offers a beautiful view into the Tuscan landscape.
