Villa Andreoli is a beautiful stone Villa in Tuscany only about 20 Km distant from the sea and not far from Guardistallo in Cecina. The villa is completely independent and has a 5 to 10 metres large private pool.
The house accommodates 8 people and has 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom. On the first floor there is a kitchen and dining room, which both look out over the porch area, which is furnished with dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is in typical Tuscan style with fireplace integrated in the cooking area. The adjacent dining room has a ceramic wood stove, which through a ventilated system, heats the whole house, including the upper floor.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with private bathroom, and has direct access to the garden. The laundry room and extra bathroom are also on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with en- suite bathroom, 2 double rooms and one with two single beds.
The porch can also be enjoyed during rainy days, as it has a tiled roof and looks out over the barbecue-area and pool, which is enclosed and has a large sun lounging area.
Furthermore there is a large tavern complete with fireplace, maxi TV screen, gym, kids play room and billiard table. The use of the tavern has an extra cost, however booking the facility is not compulsory.
The villa has air conditioning, heating: both gas and by wood stove, and the pool can be heated on request for an additional cost.

- Final cleaning it’s compulsory. If people stay in a villa more than 1 week they can choose if they want cleaning of the villa included a change of the bed linen an towels during the stay at the same price as final cleaning or just change of bed linen and towels at 10 Euro per guest.
- 140 Euro/week consumption of electricity (air conditioning not considered) is included in the price. Consumtion beyond is charged seperately.
- Heating and air conditioning are charged on consumption
- Final cleaning: 300 Euro, if the lower floor is rented as well: 350 Euro
