You will enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and two living rooms, one on the ground floor with soaring ceiling height, and another on the first floor.
A partially trellised expansive outdoor, terrace, with a table seating 12 people and a small cooking nook with a barbeque and sink provides a wonderful outdoor living area.
Here you will have breath-taking views over the Valdichiana, just downhill, situated with great privacy amongst the olive groves and with a beautiful walkway lined with roses is the 4 x 8 metre swimming pool and a seating area.
