The house consists of 6 bedrooms with bathrooms with air conditioning, heating and minibar; a large common room with a stone fireplace, tables and chairs and a professional kitchen equipped for larger events, large park with panoramic views. The rooms as the entire property have been elegantly furnished with the utmost attention to the Tuscan tradition.

On the ground floor:
There is one double room with bathroom also available for disabled people, with private entrance. Furthermore there is a bedroom apartment of about 50 sqm with large double room with wardrobe, kitchenette, bathroom and closet.
And finally there is a large common and dining room with a professinal kitchen.
First floor: there are four double rooms with bathrooms. There is also one bedroom with balcony with bathroom, minibar, private entrance.
Outside the house there is a large park with panoramic views, sun beds, table with chairs, table tennis and a Jacuzzi.
The property ist fenced. Starting from spring 2016 the Villa besides the Jacuzzi will have a brand new pool. Which type of pool has already been decided and the picture already shows, how it will be embedded on the property.
A perfect house for holiday not far from the seaside and also not far from the very well known charming villages Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.
