Spontini is a beautiful Villa located in the heart of Tuscany, offering best possibilities for excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa. It is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany.
The Villa is located close to Peccioli in the Province of Pisa. Within walking distance you can find food shops, bar/patisserie, bank, post office etc. This is an elegant liberty stile villa built around 1800, carefully restored approximately 10 years ago, maintaining its typical architecture.
The Villa has a surface of 400 square metres, can accommodate up to 11 people and it is divided as following:
Ground floor: The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher ; a store room; a living room with stone fireplace, sofa, armchairs, sat TV;a large frescoed withdrawing room; a dining room with a large crystal table, library; a bathroom with shower . A stone and wrought iron staircase leads to the first floor and bedrooms:.
First floor : Corridor leading to two double bedrooms with double bed ( the master bedroom has a baldachin bed); another corridor leads to two twin/double bedrooms ( in 3 of these rooms it is possible to add a single bed for children); 1 bathroom with tub; 1 a bathroom with shower.
Outdoors: near the kitchen and living room, reached by a two arched French windows is the garden with a stone floored loggia with table, chairs for al fresco dining, or relax on comfortable sofas, shaded by a hundred years old wisteria .
From a tiled staircase reach the lower garden that leads to the swimming pool overlooking a stunning panorama, the dimensions of the pool are the following: 12x4mt, depth 1.30mt ( suitable for children) with Jacuzzi relax points, sun beds, umbrellas.
