The villa is suitable for up to 8 persons and has 2 floors: On the groud floor there you can find a well equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster), a lounge room complete with LCD television, DVD, stereo and as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with toilete and shower.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and 1 double bedroom with two singele beds also with en-suite bathroom.
The outside area of the Villa is well furnished: There is a large terrace for outdoor dining and a 5 x 10 meters large pool. The terrace offers a beautiful view into the Tuscan landscape.
The tasteful furnishing of the Villa, the beautiful position of the vacation home and the proximity to the sea offer best conditions to pass an unforgettable vacation in Tuscany with family and friends.
