This gorgeous villa with swimming pool is immersed in the green of the land of Tuscany, not far away from Volterra, San Gimignano, Castagneto Carducci and from a lot of beautiful sea resorts like Marina di Bibbona, Castiglioncello and the Baratti's Gulf.
The property is tastefully furnished in the old Tuscan style. The bedrooms are located downstairs and upstairs. It sleeps 16 and 2 in the Dependance that is also furnished with antique furniture in the early 19th Century state-of-the-art accommodation.
The Villa, the small chapel, the ample terrace and the vaulted antique stables can be the perfect location for a wedding, a meeting, a photographic shooting session or for an art exhibition. The mansion provides 6 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. One of the double rooms has a fireplace and an independent entrance for an intimate stay.
There is also a master suite with a private living room and a bathroom and a little bed for children.
In each bedroom of the Villa there are iron beds, charming antique furniture and private en-suite bathroom for harmonious moments in the Tuscan countryside without renouncing to the modern comfort.
The Dependance:
Near the antique stables there's the Dependance, a beautiful independent outbuilding composed of a downstairs kitchen, dining table for two, an upstairs double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
If needed, the dependence can be joined together with the Villa and therefore the whole structure can sleep a total of 18.

Prices indicated at the price list relay to an occupation of up to a maximum of 16 persons and use of 8 bedrooms of the Villa.
If the Villa is used by 17 or 18 persons and 9 bedrooms, which includes the use of the Annex building with a 9th bedroom, prices are as following:
Low season: 6250 Euro/week
Mid season: 6990 Euro/week
Mid-High season: 7750 Euro/week
High season: 8490 Euro/week
Absolute High season: 8740 Euro/week
Extra costs and deposit
- Final cleaning: 490 Euro when the main Villa is used, 550 Euro when the main Villa is used together with the annex building
- Normal consumption of electricity (air conditioning not considered) is included in the price.
- Heating and air conditioning are charged on consumption
- If guests stay in a villa more than one week they can choose if they want cleaning of the villa included change of the bed linen and towels during the stay at the same price as final cleaning or just change of bed linen and towels at 10 Euro per guest.
- Heating of the pool: available upon request, previous early agreements and generally from the end of March to the end of April and from the end of September to the end of October. Mentioned dates could change depending on weather conditions and outside temperature, charged on consumption
- Deposit: 800 Euro (refundable)
