Villa Silva is situated in 5 km from Baja Sardinia and about two kilometres from the beach of Cala Ginepro.
The detached villa has a private pool with a large veranda overlooking the sea. From the porch there is direct access to the living area with large window with sea view and the pool.
There is a fire place in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and microwave. From the living area there is access to another veranda with a dinner table and a barbecue.
The sleeping area consists of a bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed with an ensuite shower bathroom, bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed. From the sleeping area some stairs down there is an annex building with also a separate entrance with a living area with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, washing machine, two bedrooms with double beds with ensuite bathroom with shower.
All the rooms of the villa are air-conditioned.
It is an amazing place for a relaxing holiday at the seaside.
