A grand luxury villa in the heart of Lake Como, Villa Ponti Bellavista is a superb choice of vacation rental when travelling to Lake Como, Italy. This gorgeous property has 3 acres of private grounds overlooking crystalline waters of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.

The town central of Bellagio is only a few minutes drive, where you can immerse yourself among elegant buildings, cobbled lanes, a variety of restaurants, museums and local culture. The local village is only a few minutes walk where you can be revitalized by the local scenery.

Villa Ponti Bellavista is a beautiful mid Century house designed by famous Italian Architect Gio Ponti. Many original features of the house have been carefully renovated to retain its mid Century flair. In total, the villa has six bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is luxuriously furnished with carefully selected vintage pieces.

The entrance of Villa Ponti Bellavista is found on the Top Floor, since it is built on a cliff. The entrance leads to the main living room, kitchen, ironing space and two ensuite bedrooms with king size beds. In the main living room are several comfortable seating areas and a central fireplace. In the kitchen is a brass island with bespoke cherry wood interior complete with oven and hotplates. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern equipments to prepare your tasty meals or Italian cuisines.

One of the best features of the villa is the Lake Terrace, the view is superb and on it is a round table with 8 chairs perfect for alfresco dining. You can be sure of a 180 degree view of Lecco arm of Lake Como. The middle balcony also offers a 180 degree view and is shaded by the top floor. The balcony has an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs. The pool, sauna, hot tub are also accessible from the balcony.

On the second floor is another living room and kitchen as well as comfortable seating areas. The rest of the 4 bedrooms are found on this level. Three of the bedrooms have either king size beds or double beds. One bedroom has an option of king size bed or two singles. All beds are the same as in Milan's premier Principe di Savoia Hotel, quality non-allergic or all natural duvets, bottom fitted sheets 100% pure cotton, top sheets embroidered linen. The wardrobes are original 1960s built, together with bedside tables and lamps, cabinets, seating areas and coffee table.

In the garden is a square table with seating for 8 - often used for breakfasts. There is a BBQ with gas hot plate. The pool is a 12x4m with several sun lounges and chairs are near it. There is a sauna with dressing room for up to 6 people and a hot tub for up to 4 people. The garden is a wonderful place to relax and unwind among a large green lawn and several pine trees and flowering shrubs.
