Villa Banyan Bali is a luxury 5 bedroom villa rental in Northern Bali near Lovina and Seririt. It is a newly built villa, set on a spacious 3400 square metres of terraced tropical gardens guaranteeing you privacy and unobstructed views over the blue ocean and the vivid green rice paddies stretching right up to the edge of the black volcanic sand beach of the Bali Sea. A perfect location in Bali's most sought after destination, it is only 300m from the beach and a variety of local restaurants and the smaller resorts of the area.

The luxury property features Balinese architecture with modern refinement, two Bale Benongs (Gazebos) are built directly into the cliff with stunning views over the sea and green rice paddies. The centre of the L-shaped house with its large infinity pool opens to the green zone of the village, while the back borders to a local temple used for ceremonies only 2-3 times a year. Thus, being without direct neighbours, the property is an ideal location for the ultimate relaxation experience. An old majestic fig tree gives shade and lends the villa its name.

Villa Banyan Bali can accommodate groups up to 10 persons. The villa offers a generous 580 square metres of living space covered with traditional Alang-Alang roof. It is designed in a unique combination of modern and traditional Balinese architectural elements. The property offers the best of Balinese hospitality with European standards through luxury, modernity, design, space and comfort. There are 4 master / main bedrooms of similar size (great for groups) with ocean views and en-suite bathrooms. Master bedrooms also have a private terrace or balcony. All rooms are designed with modern luxury (super-king or king size beds; high quality mattresses and linen, custom made teak wood furniture, in- room safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, bathroom amenities and laundry services). An additional bedroom with two full size bunk beds (190x90) is dedicated to our younger guests and can be accessed from either of two bedrooms on the ground floor. Inside the villa are modern appliances, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and media room. Outside is a huge infinity pool, and various lounge areas, balconies and terraces to benefit from the vast and breath-taking scenery of this unique spot.

All bathrooms, three of which are half inside, half outdoor, feature modern appliances with abundant use of natural materials: Teak wood cabinets, double design washbasins on terrazzo tops and natural stone flooring. The two master baths with rain showers (one also with design tub) are set in a private garden with palm trees and a soothing water wall statue. Other amenities include hair dryers in each bathroom and our Villa Banyan signature series of organic soap, shower gel, and shampoo and hair conditioner.

The modern living / media room has a brand new 50" LCD TV with more than 100 International channels (Indovision), a DVD player with surround sound system and an international movie selection. Of course you have a wireless “Hot Spot” available with unlimited and free WIFI access allowing you to keep up with your correspondence.

In the villa you will find multiple lounges, dining areas, terraces and balconies, which offer probably the best panoramic views on the northern coast of Bali. The huge 18x6 m pool, embedded in a natural stone terrace with a frangipani and coral tree, nearly touches the edge of the cliff and creates a true infinity experience.

Our comfortable 8-seater van (2014 Hyundai H1 XG) with English / Japanese speaking driver is included in the rental price (except fuel), giving you a great amount of freedom for shopping or touring the area. Airport pick up and return service can be arranged.

Staff

To make sure the villa is running smoothly there are 6 dedicated English-speaking staff members at your service. 1 manager/ helpdesk, 2 cook /housekeeper, 2 gardeners, 1 security guard and 1 driver. Our staff members are available for 6 days a week, and on an 8-hour basis. Their working schedule is flexible to some extent and may be adjusted to your personal needs.

Activities

You will probably have little desire to venture far from the villa, but, if you wish, there aremany things to see and do in the unspoilt Northern part of Bali: The powdery black sand beaches, natural waterfalls, hot springs, beautiful temples, rice and coffee plantations, dolphin watching tours,fun water park for kids, snorkeling or scuba diving, to name a few.You are close to the West Bali National Park, which is known for its rich coral reefs and primary tropical rain forest. A snorkeling trip to Menjangan Island (45 minutes by car) is a must. However, there is also a famous dive spot for underwater macro photography, called Puri Jati, just 300m down the road at our "house beach". If you are into golf, you can drive 45 minutes to the North Bali Handara Golf &Country Club, once ranked by GOLF Magazine among the "Top 50 Greatest Golf Courses in the World". Food and Drinks

For stays over 7 days we include the first lunch or dinner (depending on arrival time) and breakfast on the first morning in the rental price. Mineral water is provided at all times. Additional beverages and groceries can be bought by you or organised through our shopping service. There is a range of grocery shops, some of which will also deliver to your villa. For lovers of coffee specialties there is a Nespresso machine at your disposal, however, we ask you to bring your own capsules from abroad, since these are not easily available in Bali. Our cook can prepare your lunch and dinner, which you may choose in advance from an extensive menu (Balinese specialties and/ or Western dishes). For this you must only pay for the ingredients, which are happily organised by the staff against receipt and for a tiny transportation fee. Of course,if you wish, you may also use our car with driver to do the grocery shopping yourself (most guests don´t). There is a well-stocked supermarket just 5 minutes from the villa in the centre of Seririt.

Restaurants and Delivery

You will find some restaurants near the villa, which you can reach by foot. In addition, there are a variety of local and international restaurants in Seririt and Lovina, which also have pick-up service or deliver to the villa, if you prefer to stay in. Spa & Massages, Ayurveda Treatments and Yoga Classes

Massages and a full range of beauty treatments can be enjoyed at the privacy of your villa, and will be gladly arranged by our help desk. However, a visit to the Zen Resort, a famous world-class spa and centre for yoga and meditation,is highly recommended. The Zen Resort is located just 50 metres from the villa. Transport

It will take approximately 3,5 hours scenic drive to reach North Bali from the airport. Airport- pick-up and -return service can be arranged. During your stay you can rent our comfortable 8 seater Van (2014 Hyundai H1) with English speaking driver for shopping and /or sightseeing (fuel and driver overtime excluded). For larger groups an additional car can also be arranged.
