The main infinity-edge pool, along with a smaller pool featuring a
counter currents system - belonging to the Satellite Villa, approximately 30

Thita Estate is composed of a Main Villa with an annex building
which ist still part of the Main Villa - in total 4 bedrooms and 4
bathrooms - and a second Villa, the Satellite Villa, about 30 meters
distant from the Main Villa - with another private pool and 2 more

Welcoming Spaces and Intimate Corners

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a splendid olive tree, within an inviting exterior lobby, crafting an ideal welcoming setting with a warm Mediterranean atmosphere. The living room, adorned with a white sofa, wooden accents, and a cozy
fireplace, basks in natural light streaming through abundant doors and
windows.

Adjacent to the living room lies a traditional dining area, complete
with an antique table and chairs, accompanied by a charming rustic
buffet. The transition from dining to relaxation is seamless, leading
to a well-appointed kitchen, equipped with modern conveniences.

A wooden-floored mezzanine, accessible via a quaint staircase between
the dining and living areas, offers a secluded nook for reading and
contemplation.

Luxurious Amenities and Private Retreats

A hidden treasure of Thita Estate is its indoor open-space hot tub, a
private oasis of relaxation.

Just a stone's throw from the welcoming olive tree is the self
contained Annex, boasting large windows and unique views. The Annex is
an expression of traditional design, allowing the sunlight to fill the
spaces, and invites to leisure and contemplation. On clear
days, the view from the annex stretches across the sea to Mykonos.

The Annex is about 8 meters distant from the Main Building. It
is organized as an open space over 3 levels witch kitchenette, living
area and a double bedroom with shower. On the lowest level there is
the bedroom, on the second a living area and the kitchenette is on the
highest level.

Additionally, the main Main Villa comprises three en-suite double
bedrooms, each a minimalistic haven of comfort and style. One of the
bedrooms has its own entrance from the courtyard with the beautiful
Olive tree and is not connected by another door with the main
building. This bedroom has its own private Patio.

Outdoor Elegance and Infinite Views

The outdoor area of Thita Estate is a realm of tranquility. The
infinity swimming pool, flanked by stone seating, sunbeds, and
pergola-covered lounges, offers various spots for relaxation and
enjoyment of the summer breeze. Furthermore an inviting dining area
and a BBQ-area are embedded in the large outside space, which
seamlessly merge into one another.


The Satellite Villa

The Satellite Villa consists of 2 Suites and a small private pool with
counter current system. Each of the two Suites has its own private
Pergola, kitchenette, a cozy living area, a private bathroom with
shower and a double bedroom. One of the Suites is arranged on 3
levels.

The rooms are bathed in natural light, thanks to the traditionally
styled openings that allow the sun's rays to gently illuminate the
interiors. Stepping outside through the veranda doors, guests are
greeted by an enchanting small swimming pool with counter current
system, a delightful haven for moments of relaxation and leisure. This
charming outdoor feature serves as an inviting oasis, beckoning guests
to indulge in serene and lazy moments under the clear blue sky.


Main Villa - Layout

Entrance Floor

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen, indoor dining area for eight, a
living area with TV, and another bathroom with shower. An attic with a dedicated
workspace offers direct access to the outdoor pool area, showcasing
magnificent pool and sea views.

Outdoor Area - Entrance Floor

An infinity pool, spa-jacuzzi, loungers, an outdoor shower, outdoor
dining area for up to 12, and a lounge area under a pergola,
complemented by a BBQ area.

Bedrooms

Room 1: A master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and an
en-suite bathroom with a shower. Direct access to the outdoor pool
through balcony doors, framed by a stunning sea view.

Room 2: A double bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and an
en-suite bathroom with a shower. A beautiful garden view complements
the room.

Room 3: Own separate entrance. A double bedroom with a double bed, TV,
air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Direct
access to a private patio through balcony doors, with a serene garden
view.

Room 4 and Annex: Includes a living area with a kitchenette, TV, and a
dining area seating four.

Satellite Villa - Layout

2 separate Suites

Suite 1: Separate entrance. Comprises a living area, kitchenette, TV,
dining area, double bed with air conditioning, bathroom with shower,
private Pergola with sea view.

Suite 2: Separate entrance. Arranged on 3 different levels, comprises
a living area, kitchenette, TV, dining area, double bed with air conditioning,
bathroom with shower, couch which can be used also as a bed for a fifth person,
private Pergola with sea view.

Both Suites share the small beautiful pool with counter current system.

 

 

 

Night life is possible in several places around the island. Most famous for night life are

 

- Naoussa,  about 14 km away from Villa THITA Estate, about 20 minutes’ drive

 

- Paroikia - the capital of the island - about 18km away from Villa THITA Estate about
  28 minutes’ drive

 

- Piso Livadi during the summer is also a very lively area for nightlife, only
  about 4 km away from Villa THITA Estate

 

 

THITA Estate is overlooking one of the most beautiful well known beaches of PAROS: Golden Beach, which is about 4-5 Km distant.

Other beaches in  the vicinita of THITA Estate are: Punda Coast, Logaras,
Piso Livadi.
