The interiors of the villa is an accomplishment of elegance. Built to the highest standards with traditional stone and the best materials, oferring an uncluttered and well-appointed accommodation. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, (at lower level one with double king size bed, one with 2 single beds and at the upper loft level one with king size bed, which is separate from the others, with its own bath & living room). In addition, at the lower level there is a sofa, which easily transforms to a double queen bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air-conditioning. The villa offers fine linens and eco-friendly mattresses & upper bedclothes, feathered pillows. In case needed, a baby cot is available as well as an extra single folding camp bed.
Two kitchens are available for preparing sumptous meals or snacks. The kitchens are fully-equipped with blender, electric Grill, electric Stove, refrigerator, toaster, filter coffee maker, nespresso coffee maker, boiler, dishes, cooking utensils, pantry items and other modern facilities. Also, there are two dining areas, for 6 persons each.
There is a bathroom on each level (total 2 bathrooms) equipped with toilet, shower, bath towels, hypoallergenic shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, 220V supply to shaver point and washing machine.

- 30% deposit by Bank Transfer or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) at the time of booking is essential.
- Deposits are non-refundable and balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival
- Cancellation before arrival 4-6 weeks 50% of rate refunded, 2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded, less than 2 weeks no refund.
- Non-show or check-out before agreed date will result in the full amount to be charged.
- Prices include all taxes except overnight accommodation tax (0.5 Euro per villa, per night) which is payable upon arrival at the hotel, two times per day maid service, linen and towels change every three days.
