Paradise Villa is an exclusive holiday residence located in Antiparos at the heart of the Cyclades. The luxury villa features all modern amenities, including a private outdoor pool, a fitness room, sauna and a hot tub.

The entire surface of the property is about 9000 sqm. The privacy of the guests is ensured thanks to a 2-meter wall and a gate on one side, and the coast on the other.

The villa spreads over 3 levels ground level, lobby and first floor. It offers all together about 650 square meters and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with queen size bed and their own balconies and a large balcony with a great view over Antiparos island and village and depending on the weather at the private island of Goulandris between the island of Antiparos and Paros. Guests can also contemplate Paros island and have a perspective from different balconies on the following islands: on the south Iraklia, Ios, Sikinos, Strogila, on the north Syros, Tinos and Mykonos and on the west Sifnos and Serifos islands. Furthermore, there are 3 complete bathrooms with tubs.

At lobby level is located the living room, which offers enough space for about 7 people and the dining room where up to 10 guests can enjoy traditional dishes. You will also find in the same area a large full size equipped kitchen and a fire place. On this floor are two more bedrooms, one with queen size bed and full bathroom and one with 2 twin size beds, which shares the main house bathroom that is right next to the bedroom (perfect for smaller children or individual guests).

Outside, in front of the living-dining area is the swimming pool of about 40 meters with an amazing view over the sea. Nearby is the barbecue area equipped with grill and oven.

On ground level, Paradise villa features one bedroom perfectly suited for as staff or personnel room) with queen size bed and bathrooms with shower, as well as a full kitchen. Furthermore, there is a small storage area under the stairway.

Paradise Villa offers a wide range of modern amenities: Central power supply area plus server room, WiFi Internet connection, gym area with most of the necessary equipment found in any health center, laundry area washer and dryer, play room with sitting area of up to 6 comfortably, 8 foot american billiards table, and dart board, sauna room with its own bathroom and shower with easy access to the swimming pool from the back door, as well as 2 door garage with capacity of up to 4 cars.

On the property-premises are also available central heating (for winter time) hot water by electricity and solar, back-up power supply by solar power (just for back-up will not be able to cover the whole house, alarm system (will be off when guests are living in the villa) 7 indoor cameras + 3 outdoor cameras (will be switch off when guests are living in the villa for privacy reasons) there is a water storage area of 60 cubic meters and a desalinization unit for crystal clean water.
