Private luxury chalet in the Dolomites

Cesa del Louf sits above Arabba in the heart of the Dolomites. Natural stone, aged timber, antique furniture and selected artworks define this carefully restored historic farmhouse. Modern home technology, underfloor heating and generous windows combine Alpine character with contemporary comfort.

The main house, Maso, and the internally connected annex, Masetto, together offer 827 m², five suites and sleeping accommodation for up to 20 guests. Five double beds sleep ten guests; two double sofa beds and six single futons provide the remaining places. The futons are on open sleeping mezzanines and are not additional enclosed bedrooms. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the accommodation and grounds.

Maso: three suites, up to 14 guests

The 547 m² main house includes a living area with fireplace, kitchen, dining room and ski room. The level above contains three suites and the laundry, with their sleeping mezzanines overhead. The wellness area occupies the ground floor. Each of the four levels has outdoor access, and there is a lift.

• Suite 1, up to seven guests: double bed, separate study with a double sofa bed and open mezzanine with three single futons. Walk-through wardrobe, balcony and private bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, separate shower and WC.


• Suite 2, up to four guests: double bed and open mezzanine with two single futons. Private bathroom with shower and WC.


• Suite 3, up to three guests: double bed and open mezzanine with one single futon. Private bathroom with shower and WC.

Masetto: two suites, up to six guests

The 280 m² annex is connected internally to the Maso and adds two suites and a cinema room with a home-theatre system.

• Suite 4, up to two guests: double bed, bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, plus a private terrace.


• Suite 5, up to four guests: double bed and private living room with a double sofa bed. Private bathroom with shower and WC, and a private balcony.

Wellness and facilities

The private wellness area has an indoor pool with counter-current swimming, whirlpool, sauna, steam bath, sensory shower, changing room and relaxation area. Outdoors there is a Jacuzzi and a lounge with a shower for the summer months. A Technogym exercise machine, Wi-Fi, PC workstation and Bluetooth audio in the rooms complete the facilities. An additional professional kitchen is available under the owner's conditions. Meadows and woodland surround the property, with views of the mountains and valley.

Service and access

Daily housekeeping, linen changes on request, wellness access and the first daily lighting of stoves and fireplaces are included. In winter, the private shuttle to Arabba is included during the scheduled hours. Chef and concierge services, meals, airport transfers, massages, beauty treatments and babysitting can be arranged at extra cost.

The access road is unpaved and, according to the owner, can be used by private car from April to October or until the first snowfall. In winter, off-road vehicles with snow chains are generally required; the chalet shuttle provides access.

Optional additional accommodation

The wooden Baitina cabin for up to four guests and the small stone cabin known as Stone House can be booked separately, subject to availability. They are not included in the 20 sleeping places stated for Maso and Masetto. Even when only the Maso is booked, the other accommodation areas are not let to other guests.
