Located in the heart of Tuscany, Villa Masaccio is a beautiful villa in Tuscany for guests up to 12 people. This charming residence offers our guests complete privacy and serenity, and a unique 360 degrees view of the Val d’Orcia. Val d'Orcia is one of the most loved destinations among traveller enthusiasts in Italy.

Villa Masaccio has 6 large bedrooms easily accessible with the elevator, all furnished with king beds and an additional smaller one with a single bed. There is Wifi internet, airconditioning and Satellite TV for each room. The bedrooms on the upperfloor have direct views of the valley and the garden, while those on the bottom floor enjoy private entrance into the house. All bedrooms have ensuite bathroom, with showers and hairdryer. A large laundry room is found on the basement with two washing machines and one dryer.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with dishwashers, six large burners, two ovens, a microwave and a large fridge with a separate freezer and an ice maker. An outdoor grill is also available and a pizza oven. The patio is beautifully constructed and covered in roses offering our guests an additional option for meals to its large indoor dining room.

The owners made sure the interior is of quality material and blended with contemporary design and art from the owner’s personal contemporary art collection with antiquities. The living area includes two large rooms perfect for hosting private parties or relaxing with family and friends in front of the fireplace. In addition, there is a large dining room with a table for 12 and a separate space dedicated as an office with a large table and color printer.

Villa Masaccio is fenced and guarantees absolute privacy.

This wonderful Tuscan villa belongs to an estate full of trees, wild roses, broom, prickly pear, violets and holly. Wildlife including cuckoo birds, pheasants, hares, boars, deer, and porcupines find a perfect home in these woods. In the garden is a large 17x5 meter two-sides infinity pool, the pool has breathtaking views across the valley which extends from Radicofani to Pienza. Guests will also enjoy fresh fruit, eggs and vegetables from house’s own vegetable garden, chicken pen and orchard.
