Villa Giotto is only a few kilometers from Montefollonico and barely
10 km from Pienza, one of the most charming villages in the Val d'Orcia.

The villa offers around 550 square meters of space and has a wonderful atmosphere in a style which is kind of a rustic elegance.

The extravagant rooms, the wooden beams and travertine stone floors as well as the individual furnishings create a beautiful harmony.

The unique location of the holiday home makes the Villa once again a top-class choice. From the house you can enjoy a wonderful view over the extensive hilly landscape of the Val d'Orcia area to Monte Amiata and Montepulciano.

The villa is divided into a main house and an annex building.

The main house is divided as follows:

There is a living room, the well-equipped kitchen with an open fireplace and a dining room. In addition, there is another living room with another open fireplace, the laundry room and a guest toilet.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed - a four-poster bed - and an ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with two single beds that can also be put together if required, also with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with two single beds which can be connected, also with ensuite bathroom with shower. Finally there is another double bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The annex building is divided as follows:

Both bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms of the annex building is appropriate for handicapped people.

In front of the villa is the 18 by 5.5 meter pool with a separate whirlpool area.
