Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with large bath and shower.
Ground Floor:
Two double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom (shower only).
Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The villa overlooks a terraced landscaped garden area with 12m x 7m swimming pool with its own sun terrace and spa as well as an outdoor dining area with barbeque.
There are electric gates for privacy and security.
