The villa is nicely furnished and well equipped. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living areas.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a well equipped kitchen with open living room, a bedroom with a separate bathtub in the bedroom, a bathroom with shower and another room with washing machine.

On the first floor there are five more bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms with double bed, one of which is a bit is narrower (1.9 meters long and 1.4 meters wide) as well as a single bedroom and three further bathrooms, each with shower.

The beautiful outdoor pool of the villa with parasols, loungers and outside shower offers a beautiful view of the surroundings and is 12 by 6 meters large.

In addition, the outside area of the villa also has a loggia for outdoor dining for all guests and a barbecue.

The newly renovated holiday home offers many amenities and living at a very good level. At the same time, the villa is very centrally located and is an excellent starting point to explore Tuscany.
