The prices include the cost of the rental, the cost of consumables ("normal" amount of usage) such as electricity, gas and water as well as the costs for the vacation rental agency and advisory activities of Triplo Tourismusservice GmbH.
For invoicing purposes, any part of a day counts as a whole day unless you move into the house after 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and leave before 8.45 a.m. on the day of departure. In that case, the respective day is only charged at the rate of 50%. Correction of the price calculation is not possible after the fact.
