Masseria Pettolecchia is a luxury Residence with five Suites in total which has been restored with much care for the details. The Residence is rented out with a Concierge to satisfly even ecceptional wishes to make your stay an unforgettable luxury experience in a fantastic place.
The interior design of La Residenza is a collection from the 30s and 40s for charming retro decors, furniture, with sofas signed by Jansen, appliques created by Miguel Angel, plaster sculptures by Rabarama, eclectic Italian sculptor and painter, and bronze sculptures by the Belgian artist, Dirk de Keyzer.
The Masseria Pettolecchia La Residenza is divided as following:
On the ground floor, there are three suites and all of them have access to the surrounding garden and swimming pool. Also, there is a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances to prepare a meal. The reading room has a fireplace what makes it, even more, cozy. In the comfortable living room, covered with nice and warm colors, is a TV for maximum relaxing. Also, there are a dining and a playing room.
On the first floor, the two suites have a large private terrace with a magnificent view. All the suites have a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor is also a sitting room with a fireplace and a TV.
Outside the Residenza is a beautiful terrace with comfortable furniture. Next to the pool is an "outside dining table" where you can eat and enjoy the nature.
For a romantic outdoor dinner, there is a beautifully illuminated flower pavilion.

- Free access to the first-row sunbeds of our exclusive, private beach club Pettolecchia Il Lido. Distance from the villa: 1,5 km (1 mile). Available from June to September

- Full-time Concierge and Butler services (8h/day)
- Free villa pre-stocking service (all groceries to be paid upon presentation of the receipts)
- Linen changed every 2 days (Extra linen change upon request is free)
