Villa Gaggini is a luxury villa rental in Le Marche, Italy. Part of an 8-acre estate with 400 olive trees, fruit trees, complete with gym, swimming pool and tennis courts, meant to spoil discerning travellers.

This holiday home is exquisitely designed in both indoor and outdoor living areas. Large windows allows expansive views of the rolling hills and olive groves that extend to the Adriatic sea. The villa is designed in a mixture of both contemporary and classic features such as natural stone floors that sit harmoniously with restful colour schemes. 

Villa Gaggini has 4 double ensuite bedrooms. 3 are within the Villa itself, and the Annex bedroom sits just outside of the Villa, perfect for those who want a little of their own privacy. Each of the spacious bedrooms is decorated with 5* comforts in calming, natural hues with direct views over the olive grove, to the sea view or the beautifully manicured gardens. Furnished to the very highest standards, each room features natural wood floors, king-sized beds with wooden or fabric headboards, Molteni furniture, bespoke artisan lighting, Italian embroidered textiles and Egyptian cotton linens.

All bedrooms have king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. There are two bedrooms that can be made into twin beds - one located in the Villa and the other in the Annex room. All bedrooms can accommodate at least one travel cot for children - available upon request. Each bedroom features a dressing table, hairdryer, safe, Wifi, TV and Villa Gaggini’s own Netflix account (apart from the Annex room).

In the open plan lounge, bathed in natural light, you will find a large expansive sitting area, perfect for winter aperitivos, the large dining area, and the discreet yet comfortable lounge for those who just need to sit back and relax to their favourite TV show.

Villa Gaggini is the perfect location for those who love to cook, entertain or for those who would like to be cooked for during any month of the year. With four spacious dining areas and two kitchens to choose from, complete with a huge traditional wood-fired pizza oven, the villa is a foodie’s dream destination. 

Inside the Villa, is a Molteni designed kitchen well-equipped with all the very best appliances and accessories one could need. The contemporary indoor dining area within the open plan lounge, is the perfect place to enjoy inner during colder climates and can seat 8 around the Molteni table very comfortably. 

Alfresco dining is perfect during the summer months, situated underneath a huge linen-curtained pagoda, you will find shelter from the sunlight whilst you enjoy endless bowls of pasta, pizza and fine wine on the sprawling wooden table and benches, carved from a huge tree many years ago. 

Outside is an infinity 21 x 6m pool and diving board with in-built jacuzzi section with floating beanbags. A modern pool house housing a kitchenette, bar, eating area, gym, two washrooms and two showers. The pool house has retractable floor-to-ceiling windows so it can be transformed to a yoga studio in the winter or summer months. The gym is complete with a running machine, rowing machine, punch bag, free weights, yoga mats as well as the latest TechnoGym multigym. 

For those who just want to sun and lounge by the pool there are eight Dedon sun loungers and a Dedon love chair, each lined with fresh towels that can be replenished daily should you wish. Guests can also enjoy ping pong, table tennis, table football as well as our comfortable floating beanbags. A tennis court is also available.
