Villa Bellelen is a new and modern luxury villa. It was built in 2016 in a privileged spot, at the outskirts of the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos and very close to Elounda and elegantly designed. The villa can accommodate up to 11 people in 5 bedrooms and offers a range of facilities, modern appliances and stylish interior areas to ensure a comfortable stay.
The property on which Villa Bellelen is built is 1500 sqm plot. It features a well-manicured lawn garden of about 270 sqm, a huge 68 sqm swimming pool, BBQ and shaded dining area and also an outdoor sauna.
Villa Bellelen offers a living space of about 307 sqm and spreads over two floors, as follows:
The ground floor consists of an open plan area with large openings that allow the sun in the house, overlook the pool and garden and offer stunning views to the Mirabello Bay, the islet of Agioi Pandes and the Sitia mountains. The living room has a fireplace, two sitting areas with comfortable sofas and a smart TV. Furthermore, there is a beautiful kitchen equipped with a range of modern appliances where you can prepare breakfast or dinner for your loved ones. On this level there are also two twin bedrooms (that can connect to form a double) that share a shower bathroom and a bedroom with three single beds en suite with a bathroom with a tub.
On the upper floor there are two master bedrooms. Each one has a king size bed, walk-in-closet and its own bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. These rooms have access to a large furnished veranda of about 140 sqm with panoramic view over the sea, the port of Agios Nikolaos and the magnificent sculpture of the landscape. All rooms offer TVs and air conditioning.
Outside the main living area is a huge terrace with a 68sqm pool, modern comfy sun loungers, a shaded dining area and a BBQ spot and a sauna. The house is surrounded by gardens with local trees and flowers while the 1st floor has a really big terrace that overlooks the pool.
The beach of Havania is only 500m away from the house.

The above rates include welcome and goodbye basket, maid and cleaning service 2 times a week, air conditioning, wireless internet, vat and city taxes. Heating of the pool is upon request at extra charge of €120.00 per day.
