Villa Vrbnik is a modern villa located in the most beautiful spots of the Adriatic Sea and Kvarner Bay. Designed by one of Croatia's best Architects, the villa is a blend of both natural and modern architecture. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a wide 420 sqm living space and can accommodate up to 10 people.

The villa has a wonderful garden with a variety of Meditteranean olive trees, rosemary, lavender, palm trees, immortelle, laurels, figs and flowers. Surrounded by amazing views of the the old town of Vrbnik, Crikvenica Riviera coastlines and the Adriatic Sea. You can enjoy these views from the villa's wooden terrace, while plunging from the pool or dining from its designated area. The pool is close to the terrace and measures 15x6 m. The pool can be heated at guest's disposal. The outdoor dining area is also equipped with bbq grill. The villa is fenced so you can enjoy full privacy.

The Division

Ground Floor:

In the ground floor is a spacious living room, entrance hall, equipped modern kitchen, dining room and wine bar.

First Floor:

The Junior suite and 3 double bedrooms are in the first floor. The junior suite is the largest room on the first floor. It has a king size bed, minibar, safe closet, LCD TV with satellite channels and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The junior suite has a balcony with a leather sofa with very pleasing views.

One double bedroom has its own balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet, king size bed and closet. Two of the double bedrooms share a large bathroom that is found between these two rooms. Guests can enter the bathroom from each of their room separately. This is best for couples with children that are sleeping next door.

All of the rooms have their own respective airconditioner with remote.

Second Floor:

The master suite is found in the second floor. In this floor is a double bedroom with a king size bed. The bedroom has an LCD TV with satellite channels, a closet, bathroom with shower and toilet. The second floor has a 120 sq meter terrace with a Finnish sauna and whirlpool. The sundeck terrace faces the spectacular view of the Adriatic sea, coastlines and the town of Vrbrnik. On the terrace is a dining table and chairs for two people.
