OliveNest Villa is a luxury holiday villa rental with panoramic views over Chania. This hilltop villa is newly built and elegant with a private pool that can be heated. The luxurious property is very spacious with 500 sq m of living space and perched on a 5.000 sq m of well maintained garden. The location of the villa allows easy access to the town center of Chania within minutes, likewise powder sand beaches and other important destinations are only a few kilometers reach.

A modern house rental, OliveNest has 9 bedrooms with double beds, 7 bathrooms and can comfortably host up to 18 people. The 3 kitchens are complete with all modern gadgets needed to prepare your delicious feasts. There is a breakfast bar best for your morning coffee and a large dining table for up to 18 people. There are also several seating areas in the terrace for dining Alfresco. The house has airconditioning to keep cool during summer. The living room is furnished comfortably together with a DVD entertainment system at your disposal.

Outside is the infinity pool measuring 11m x 4.5m with sun loungers. There is a grilling area and seating areas with views over the town area, the coasts and wonderful sunsets.


 

The Villa is divided into 3 apartments which are rented out together as one Villa.

 

Apartment 1

 

The biggest apartment, about 300 Sqm large, is located on the first floor and ground floor of the house. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 more bedrooms, each with double bed - sharing one bathroom with bathtub. Furthermore there is a big living room, a kitchen and a beautiful terrace.

Downstairs there is an about 50 square meters large playroom with a large TV, Playstation,  a small fitness area with a treadmill and a double bed and a bathroom with shower. From the playroom there is direct access to the garden.

 

Apartment 2

 

Apartment 2 is about 100 square meters large. The apartment is located on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed - sharing one bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen and a living area. All the bedrooms have access to the garden and enjoy a beautiful view.

 

Apartment 3

 

Apartment 3 is also about 100 square meters. The apartment is located on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed - sharing one bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen and a living area. All the bedrooms have access to the garden and enjoy a beautiful view. 

 

 


All 3 apartments have fully equipped kitchens - there are 3 washing machines and one dryer in the larger apartment. All Apartments have smart TVs. Downstairs TVs are only in the living room of Apartment 2 and 3. The bedrooms in the apartment downstairs do not have air conditioning in the bedrooms but in the living area. Upstairs in the large apartment the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning.
