Case di Fabia is an exceptional trullo full of glamour and ancient charm. It is surrounded by 5 hectares of olive groves, some of which are century-old olive trees. Located in Alberobello, a Unesco World Heritage Site, the villa makes a gorgeous base for luxury and relaxation as you explore the Puglia region, a perfect Italian experience for its ancient towns, olive groves, historical sites and architecture. The town center famed for its complex of Trulli is just a few minutes walk and the beach is half an hour by car.
Featuring a monochrome, brownish shades that fade from white to yellow and reddish. This beautiful villa retained the original characteristics typical of a trulli, three cones with white-tipped peaks. Inside, are three elegant double bedrooms, one main suite with its own bathroom with shower while the rest share a Turkish bath and shower. There are options of two king size beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances to satisfy the most refined tastes. Near the kitchen is a 4-person table for dining. A separate living room features comfortable sofas modern visual systems with smart satellite tv and sound bar.
Outside is the swimming pool with fantastic views of the olive grove and a neatly maintained garden. The Pagoda complete with a comfortable seating for ten is perfect for socializing or relaxation. Near the pool are seating areas, loungers and beach chairs. Enjoy excellent grills with the villa's BBQ or prepare sumptous meals in the outdoor kitchen as you enjoy the fresh Mediterranean atmosphere. The fitness area is an open area in the most absolute calm outside. It features an elliptic, stationary bike and multifunctional gym.
