L’Arancera di Villa Grabau is located on the most beautiful hill
behind the city of Lucca, surrounded by the area’s most famous
historical mansions. The accurate renovation has transformed the
former farmhouse into a luxury haven, with all modern day comforts.
During summer time the Infinity Pool is the center of the property,
along with the possibility to dine in the beautiful citrus fruits and
olive trees garden. While during winter time the elegant fireplaces
and a good glass of wine will cuddle guests in a timeless dimension.

The garden is designed as a real oprn-air greenhouse: oranges, lemons,
cedars, tangerines, grapefruits. Together with olive trees, boxwoods,
palms, hibiscus.

Arancera's citrus fruits collection recalls for the bigger collection
in Villa Grabau. Guests can organize a private visit to explore the
Botanical Gardens, the Lemonhouse and its plants with their centenary
vases.

The infinity pool with salt water is perfect for a sunrise swim,
surrounded by the countryside's silence. Alternatively also for a
whirlpool session at the end of the day.

The Villa ist divided in 5 apartments which are rented out as one Villa in exclusive.

Apartment 1

Ground floor

- Entrance from a private garden.

great taste and charm, with comfortable sofas and small tables with chairs and armchairs. French doors leading to the garden.

doors that overlooks the private garden.
- Kitchen with English-style glass doors, connected to the dining
room, with French doors on the north. 60-cm oven, 4-burner induction cooktop, H. 185-cm refrigerator with large separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with pods.

First floor

- A convenient Matraia stone staircase leads to the second floor with
walls, in part, of exposed stone
- A service bathroom with shower and washing machine
- A double bedroom with bath, shower and bidet, closet and small table
toilet.
- A twin bedroom with bath, shower and bidet, closet with chest of
drawers and small desk. Beds can be joined. Third comfortable bed can be made from an ottoman, measuring 75x195
- One double bedroom with bathroom, tub and bidet, closet with chest

The 8x17 meters large infinity pool with salt water and whirlpool (shared) dominates the wide lawn in front of the Villa.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES 2024

The rent price of the Premises has to be paid as follows:

a) the Client is requested to pay a non refundable confirming deposit of 40% of the rent amount at the signature of the Booking Agreement. Such sum is agreed between the Parties also as confirmation of the Booking;

b) not later than 90 (ninety) days prior the check-in date the Client is requested to provide with the payment of the outstanding sum of 60% of the rent amount.

The Parties agree that all payments are non refundable and, only in the case of a government lockdown of Italy or the client's country of residence, the Owner will issue a voucher to be used within two years.

 

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES 2025

For Bookings in 2025, a non refundable deposit of 40% of the rent amount is requested at the signature of the Booking Agreement. Not later than 90 (ninety) days prior the check-in date the Client is requested to provide with the payment of the outstanding sum of 60% of the rent amount.

CITY TAX to the City Hall of Lucca: 2,50 € per persone/day (above 14 years old)
for the first 3 days of stay
