There is a spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace and a separate large modern kitchen, all with direct access to the porch that overlooks the pool.
The beauty of the Tuscan countryside, combined with the warm inviting colours of the villa and its refined interior decor, makes this Villa so homely.
Some of the double bedrooms have typical hand-made, four-poster iron beds made in Lucca and elegant old stone wash basins.
The Villa counts six bedrooms, each with private bathroom and air conditioning.
It is certain that the outdoor porch with its large table, barbecue area and swimmng pool, is just perfect for evenings spent with friends.

- 240 Euro/week consumption of electricity (air conditioning not considered) is included in the price. Consumtion beyond is charged seperately.

- Final cleaning is compulsory. If guests stay in the villa more than one week after a week they can choose if they want cleaning of the villa included change of the bed linen and towels during the stay at the same price as final cleaning or just new bed linen and towels at 10 Euro per guest.
